Sorry for the crap image photo, these are scanned photographs. And my scanner is pretty much the scourge of the art world.
I made this little dude out of sculpey. Stands probably a little less than a foot high. So I pretty much have a thing for extinct animals. The ever majestic (and fat) dodo is my muse right now  BTW, this is NOT based off of the Ice Age dodos. Everybody thinks that I've got some sort of weird Pixar tribute thing going on. I guess that's a risk you have to take with cartoony dodos, though! Just in case anybody's wondering (which they're not) His name is Rodney. Actually, it's Rodney-Roland Gordita Shantavious Nuddy-Pants Dodo McPherson because everybody at school kept giving him more and more names. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
